Big Belt Grinder/Polishing Lathe

You are bidding on one 7 1/2 HP belt grinder/polishing lathe machine. This came from a golf design shop that closed down.
7.5 HP, 220 3 phase motor. Currently being run on a phase converter on a single phase 220V line. Phase converter mounted on the machine.
The 7.5 HP motor turns a 14" contact wheel, spinning a 4" X 118" belt. The belt tension and tracking is adjusted on the  backstand idler mounted on a separate stand behind the front of the grinder (see pics). There is a homemade wood belt guard over the contact wheel and belt.On the the left side of the machine was a satin wheel--IT HAS BEEN REMOVED AND IS NOT PART OF THE SALE. Arbor diameter is 1 1/4". I don't know what the thread pitch is, but the brass nuts are in place..

If you use the "Buy it now" feature, I will include several belts of various grits (no guarantee on the belts--they have been sitting for a year or two, unused. There are probably 50 belts--I don't have an exact count)

The machine is in storage now, but it was running great when removed from the golf shop.

Can load your truck or trailer with a forklift at no charge.
